Three works new to the discography of the Danish master cellist Erling Blöndal Bengtsson all first releases from the archives of the Icelandic Radio. In the Mendelssohn the pianist is long time friend Anker Blyme who also partnered Blöndal Bengtsson in the critically acclaimed Beethoven sonatas (DACOCD 333-334). A follow up to the most sought after earlier Icelandic releases and not to be missed.
